Terms and Conditions

• All bookings are classed as firm bookings once the deposit is received.
• All deposits must be paid at the time of the confirmation of the party.
• All outstanding amounts, where applicable must be paid in full on the day of the party/event either by card, cash or bank transfer
• We must be notified immediately if you have to cancel your booking. Either Julio or Louise Barresi must be contacted personally; claims of messages left or emails sent will not be accepted. Where cancellation is necessary the following applies:
  • Cancellation more than 21 days - the deposit is not refundable unless we re-book the original slot.
  • Cancellation 21 days or less before the party/event will result in the original agreed price, as stated in the confirmation letter, being paid in full unless we re-book the original slot. The deposit is not refundable.
  • Failure to personally cancel will result in the agreed price, as stated on the confirmation booking form, being paid in full.

• Although the electric Go-Karts are designed to accommodate children from 3 - 11 years of age we offer no guarantees as to the suitability of the vehicles for individual children. If in doubt please contact us to discuss individual requirements.
• If your event is curtailed or cancelled due to bad weather or any other unforeseeable circumstances outside the control of Go-Kart Party Oxfordshire, all outstanding amounts remain payable in full. We will always endeavour to re-book the party at your earliest convenience to fit in with our diary of events.
• We reserve the right to exclude any person that in our opinion is disruptive, destructive or causing danger to themselves or others.
• Go-Kart Party does not accept any responsibility for any other activity, equipment or apparatus.

Prices

Our prices start from £249 for up to 16 children. The prices include the hall hire (our venues only), safe driver awards for all the children and a best driver trophy (the birthday child is always the best driver). For up to 16 children we can run our programme in one hour, for more than 16  - 24 children we would need 1 1/2 hours and for 24-30 children would need 2 hours.

• 1 Hour Go-Karting – max 16 children :  £249. £259 outside OX postcode
• 1 ½ Hours Go-Karting, -  max 24children  :  £319.  £329 outside OX postcode
• 2 Hours Go-Karting – max 30 children  £399. £409 outside OX postcode
